As we move through life, our bodies and minds absorb, process, and filter our experiences.  We are often not aware that unconscious habits of thought and emotions remain stored within us and can be the underlying cause of stress, illness, emotional discomfort, and physical pain. 
 
Dharma Yoga Therapy allows us to identify and release the blockages and self-limiting beliefs stored in our bodies and minds simultaneously. Self-discovery leads us to feel more relaxed, happy, centered, and at peace. 
 
Sessions with Camilla Figueroa, MSSW, are always private, one-on-one, and highly confidential. Camilla specializes in women's issues, including trauma from cancer, sexual abuse, eating disorders, domestic violence, infertility, and peri-natal loss.
